Should have warned the amount of dust - took 3 days to clean house after. Nice employees and good work at a fair price - altogether satisfied with work.

Comments: "I hired Garcia Services to remove 400 SQFT of old tile and install 400 SQFT of Porcelain (24x24 rectified) and 400 SQFT of Wood, they also installed about 200 LSQFT of baseboards. I felt that their prices were a little bit more expensive than the median, but their work ethic and quality is also superior. I can't knock a star off for that. These guys showed up to work every day and even worked trough Saturdays and sometimes Sunday. Always responsive and you can see they enjoy what they do for a living. I would definitely hire them again for any jobs that require quality and skilled labor."

Comments: "I am amazed. Garcia is an artist. He took three 50 year old bathrooms that were about to be re-tiled at quite an expense and turned them into brand new looking bathrooms. He did it by restoring the existing grout to look better than new and by caulking perfect lines. He was neat to a point of perfection. He left the work area clean as a pin. Of all the people that have worked on my house (and there have been hundreds) he has impressed me the most. Words cannot let you see the before and after of those rooms. And on top of all that, he did it in less than a day and at a really reasonable price. "
