Comments: I had Tony and Install your floors install 350 sq ft of engineered flooring. I started from scratch, I needed the person I was going to work with guide me the way to get the project done. I am very happy with how the project was done. They used a leveling agent the first day, then the gentleman install the floor, stain, and install the trim. They even put pads under the furniture for me!

Work Description: Remove carpet on my stairs and replace it with wood
Comments: I first thought that the price that they were quoting was a little to high. I saw their website and wanted them to do the work. After seeing the stairs I am overwhelmed! Overwhelmed on how beautiful my stairs are. They made Brazilian cherry stairs and installed marble on the front part. I think it was worth every penny. what was unusual was the fact they didnt sand anything in the house. It did take them about 5 days to make these, but I see now why. Unreal

Work Description: Install 1200 sq ft, sand and finish 1200, 2 sets of stair cases, 500 sq ft of tile.
Comments: I hired Installyourfloors.com to install around 1200 sq ft of flooring and then sand and finish. everything went very well. They glued the floor down in 2 days, the sand and finish took a longer than I thought. The floors are unreal! I love them, but more importantly, my wife loves the new floors. The tile was another story. I bought the tile at floor and decor and the tile was horrible! Tony knew where to get the tile and even let me use his account! I love the project. I let the guys do what they wanted, I never bothered them, and I love my house again.

Comments: The reason I am giving a rating of one star is because Neal Elden, the owner of InstallYourFLoors.com, has not returned my deposit of $9000. He completed the job with some minor loose ends and I went ahead and paid him by check for the whole job, with his agreement to refund the Credit card deposit. He promised to return the deposit the day after my check cleared. It has now been over two weeks since it cleared. about a week ago, he even told me that he cancelled the credit card transaction but that was not the truth. He made repeated promises and committments to reverse the charges that he has not kept. Now, he is not answering the phone nor returning my calls. This experience has been extremely unpleasant and distressing.
