Comments: The first day sale presentation was excellent. Mr. Frank Wu explained the material, warranty, length of time needed to install, various picture on what the finishing product will look like, and an estimate cost. Mr. Wu appeared to be knowledgeable in the flooring business. I felt he gave his honest opinon on the type of floor wood/color would be approprate for the home. He conducted himself in respectful/professional manner. His presentation was less than an hour and pleasant.
