Comments: We chose Walter and Evelyn to install our new hardwoods on the 2nd floor of our home after working with them to replace some hardwoods downstairs after water damage. Not only did they give us a fantastic price as compared to both Lowe's and Empire Today, but they were a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. Comments: I selected Walter Suazo over several other local bids and a national company,Empire Today, because they were able to provide not only the best price but the best service as well. Walter and his wife Evelyn work as a team with Evelyn writing up the contract, coordinating the scheduling, and following up to ensure that the process goes smoothly. In large projects there are inevitably unexpected challenges that arise and it is really the way that they are managed that separates the good contractors from the excellent ones. Walter Suazo has a fantastic work ethic and stayed as late as was needed in order to resolve the problems and keep on schedule. I would recommend them without hesitation. You will be pleased.
